Mr. M’s 3 Month Session

I finally got to meet Mr. M and his family this past weekend.  He was well worth the wait.  What a cute little chubums!  We made use of a nearby park to shoot his 3 Month Session.  Mr. M ended up being a little tired and not super impressed with my antics but we still managed to get some sweet shots of him with his mommy and daddy.  A few favorites…

Love the photos….how do I purchase?

Walker Family Session

I absolutely love getting to spend time with former brides and grooms and seeing their families change and grow.  I spent some time this past weekend catching up with Jessica, Kendale, and their sweet little girl.  We made use of the Grapevine Botanical garden to get some cute shots of them enjoying each other’s company.  Little Miss H gave me the best hug when we said goodbye.  I look forward to seeing her again soon!

The Kraus Family

When poor little Mister C here fell and bumped his forehead right at the beginning of our session I was afraid it might be all over before we even began, but he is a trooper and after a little TLC from mommy and a few hugs from Fuzzy Bear and we were back on track.  I had a good time trying to convince both boys to look at the camera.  It’s funny how differently boys and girls tend to interact with the camera.  Boys are typically playful and mischievous and not nearly as voluntary when it comes to posing, unless of course you happen to be asking them for their best superhero stance… then they most happily oblige!:)  A little preview…

Brittany & Brenton

Finally cooler weather!!  It was so nice not to be sweating buckets at yesterday’s engagement session for a change.  Along with the cooler temps we got some pretty rowdy winds which made things interesting but we still managed to get some good shots of this beautiful couple and their awesome kids.  It can be extremely challenging to pull of the type of pictures I normally try to create during an engagement session when little ones are involved, but we decided as long as we didn’t have to make the kids wait around on us the whole time it was worth a shot.  These two sweethearts had me wondering why I’d ever worried.  After getting a few of the new family together Mimi took the kids for McDonald’s and other well earned treats so that we could focus on Brittany and Brenton alone.  I really enjoyed spending some time with them.  It’s always a pleasure working with people who have great chemistry together and play off each other naturally.  A little preview from their session…
