It’s so hard to get a preview together when there are so many favorites!  Seems a bit counter intuitive I know but we got so many lovely shots out of Vanessa’s maternity session that I pretty much couldn’t resist the urge to work on them all right away.  I’m probably going to have to throw a few extras into her gallery because there’s just no way I can narrow them down!  We met up in the evening to make use of some gorgeous goldgen light.  I’m not sure though if it was the sun or Vanessa who was more radiant!  What do you think?  I think there must be one beautiful baby on it’s way!

Rochelyn is one Hot Momma!  We met up last weekend in the McKinney area to shoot her maternity pictures before her little one arrives.  She endured the super duper heat like a trooper!  As some of you know I am also expecting and Rochelyn is little over a month ahead of me in the baby race.  It’s handy having a bump of your own to use while demonstrating poses, not that Rochelyn needed much direction.  I can tell you though that by the time we were done I did not look nearly as fabulous as Rochelyn still did!  I caught a glimpse of myself in my rear view mirror on my way home from the session and I’m surprised anyone could keep a straight face while looking at me.  Luckily I’ve got a nice big camera to hide behind most of the time.  I tried to take it easy on her hubby Daniel since he is admittedly not a picture taking kind of guy.  I’m curious to see how little he cares about the camera being around when we meet again for their hospital and newborn sessions.  Nothing like the miracle of a new baby in your arms to make you forget everything else around you!  A few of the oh so many faves…

Yesterday we lucked out with a nice randomly brisk May day courtesy of our sporadic Texas weather.  I met up with these lovely parents-to-be at their home and we spent some time there and in the surrounding neighborhoods snapping some maternity shots.  With just less than a month to go Edna is an absolutely gorgeous pregnant lady.  I must say there is some definite bump envy on my part going on because I tend to be a much more corpulent prego!  Dave is quite dashing as well and I can’t wait to see the little miracle these two photogenic people have created.  A little sneak peek…

I met Pam and David last May when I shot the wedding of Pam’s BFF. I thought she made a beautiful Maid of Honor, but little did I know she would soon be an even more radiant Mother. Of course everyone knows how tickled I get over bumps and babies so it goes without saying that I was excited when I found out Pam was expecting. I absolutely love getting to see the progression in my clients’ lives and I’m eagerly awaiting this new bundle of joy’s arrival! While we all wait here are few favs from Pam’s Maternity Session…
